2026 Legislative Candidate Questionnaires

There are 100 House of Delegate seats and 17 State Senate seats on the ballot this November. The ACLU of West Virginia sent a questionnaire to all candidates to gauge their positions on ICE, the death penalty, voting rights, and other issues.
