Public Hearing - Abortion

House Bill 302, a criminal abortion ban, has been passed by the House Health and Human Resources Committee and has advanced to the Judiciary Committee. Because of the governor's last-minute amendment to the scope of the session, this cruel ban with no exceptions for rape or incest is being rushed through the legislative process. Make sure your voice is heard.

*This public hearing is limited to in-person participation and will take place in the House Chamber. If you wish to speak, registration begins at 8:30 am. You must arrive and sign up no later than 8:45 am.
