Lobbyist Fast Pass - SB 366

This bill would have allowed individuals who paid a fee and underwent a background check to get electronic key cards to the WV Capitol and bypass security.  It would mean that lobbyists and other monied interests would have quicker and easier access to the Capitol and legislators.
