The West Virginia Refugee Absorptive Capacity Act - HB 2664

This bill would have required that every state and local governmental agency issue reports about the ability to accept refugees, that refugee assistance organizations issue regular reports on refugees, and that state and local governments could put a moratorium on refugee resettlement.
