Sexual Assault Victims' Bill of Rights - SB 72

This bill establishes rights for survivors of sexual assault.  These rights primarily affect the right to a personnel representative who may accompany the survivor through various medical and legal processes, the right to a forensic examination, and the right to follow the course of custody for evidence gathered from a forensic examination.
