The ACLU-WV is thrilled to announce our very first convening for BIPOC youth (Black, Indigenous, people of color) ages 14-24 from across WV!
Please join us at noon on April 14 at West Virginia State University in Charleston for the 2024 Bill of Rights Brunch.

Appalachian Queer Youth Summit is a summer camp and year-round program for LGBTQ+ youth and those in LGBTQ+ families across WV.
Join the ACLU-WV staff, board and friends for an evening of civil rights and celebration!
From abortion rights to affirming health care for trans youth, to freedom of speech and the defense of our democracy itself, our civil liberties will be under assault like never before in 2023.
House Bill 302, a criminal abortion ban, has been passed by the House Health and Human Resources Committee and has advanced to the Judiciary Committee.
The ACLU of West Virginia is excited to attend the Poor People’s and Low-Wage Workers’ Assembly and Moral March on Washington, D.C. on June 18th.
