Criminal Expungement - SB 152

This bill is "Jim's Dream", the program the Governor described in his 2019 State of the State address.  As passed, the bill provides for an expedited expungement process for people who participate in a drug rehabilitation, job training, job placement and drug testing programs.  The bill also allows expungement of most felonies and shortens the time period for expungement.
